Payment:

Payment is required on the day of our session and can be made through a bank e-transfer sent to the provided email address.

Insurance:

Receipts will be generated after you have made the payment for our session. Please forward your paid receipt to your insurance provider for reimbursement. If you encounter any issues with this process, feel free to contact me for assistance. Please note that psychotherapy services provided by a registered social worker (MSW) are often covered by insurance. It is advisable to verify the coverage with your insurance plan prior to booking.

Payment Policy:

To confirm your psychotherapy appointment, please submit a bank e-transfer of the agreed-upon price (subject to change) to the designated email address before or on the day of our session. In the event of missed appointments or outstanding payments, services will be temporarily paused until the balance is settled. If this occurs repeatedly, services may be discharged.

Cancellation Policy:

Your scheduled appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be subject to a cancellation fee.
